Conecta Hubs – APTC Platform

Our company was one of the beneficiaries of the Conecta Hubs grant for the implementation of collaborative projects in the strategic areas of the Digital Innovation Hubs, whose approval was published on 18 October 2021. Within this call, Redegal leads the consortium composed of Redegal, Sistemas Audiovisuales Itelsis, Reclam Publicidad Marketing and Artes Gráficas y Coop Ourensanas, S Coop. Gallega to carry out the project APTC PLATFORM.

Within the aforementioned call, the project is subsidised by the Galician Innovation Agency and charged to the FEDER funds for regional development, as well as supported by the Second Vice-presidency and the Regional Ministry of Economy, Enterprise and Innovation.

The APTC project aims to carry out the conception, research and prototype development of an integral platform for product and consumer analytics at the point of sale. This platform will be focused on satisfying the information and analytical needs of manufacturers and producers in the agri-food sector to make data-driven decisions about the intrinsic (recipe, shape, size, weight, etc.) and extrinsic (handling, packaging, positioning, advertising, etc.) characteristics of their products.

Within these general objectives, Redegal carries out different tasks of conception, design, and development of the software architecture of the platform, and of the specific tools and applications of product analytics at the point of sale, as well as collaboration in the validation and testing of prototypes.

DataCHAIN Project – Intelligent Analytics Platform for Data Driven Supply Chain Management

The DataCHAIN project (IDI-20210324) has been co-financed by the CDTI (Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial) with ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) funds through the multiregional operational programme for smart growth.

The goal of DataCHAIN is to conceive and develop a technology platform that will eliminate, or at least largely alleviate, most of the difficulties in communicating and leveraging information across heterogeneous, multi-stakeholder supply chains. The end result will be to maximise the establishment of win-win relationships that enable the entire chain to prosper through data-driven decisions.

PIMAM Project – Intelligent marketing platform through multi-portal aggregation

The PIMAM project (IDI-20190754) has been co-financed by the CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) with ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) funds through the multi-regional operational programme for smart growth.

PIMAM is an innovative project in the field of marketing and e-commerce that focuses on the development of data mining and predictive analytics solutions in real time through the integration and combined analysis of data sources from multiple e-commerce portals of different clients.

PIFMAPS – Innovative platform for tracking, loyalty, marketing and analytics in shopping centres with indoor positioning and clustering segmentation

The PIFMAPS project (IG246.2017.1.4) has been co-financed by IGAPE, GAIN and Xunta de Galicia with ERDF funds (European Regional Development Fund) through the “Instrumento Financeiro Préstamos Pemes Galicia Programa Operativo Feder Galicia 2014-2020 Mellora da Competitivade das Pymes ‘Unha maneria de facer Europa'”.

PIFMAPS focuses on the analysis of the behaviour of visitors to shopping centres with the aim of providing analytical capabilities to managers that allow them to have functionalities such as: evaluate the performance of their physical marketing campaigns, analyse the flow of visitors in different areas and premises, analyse and compare the attractiveness of the different spaces offered, or detect the best situation for the opening of new premises according to their typology and target customers.

MAPIT Project – Marketing and Analytics with Integrated Platforms and Tracking

The MAPIT project (IDI-20171167) has been co-financed by the CDTI (Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial) with ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) funds through the multi-regional operational programme for smart growth.

MAPIT aims to standardise the consumer experience between online and physical sales channels. To this end, it focuses on linking information from the physical world (customers’ indoor location) with shopping information, user profiles and usage of the online channel, in order to offer customers in physical shops shopping aids that are common in online channels, such as product recommendations.

The ‘CloudBusinessPoint’ project with file number ‘TSI-100105-2017-30’, has been co-financed by the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda within the Strategic Action of Digital Economy and Society – Technological Impulse of 2017.

The ‘CloudBusinessPoint’ project aims at the conception, design and development of a novel SaaS platform for the massive processing of data in real time based on indoor positioning technologies, access control management based on profiles, augmented reality and gamification strategies.

Purpose: Redegal aims to expand its catalogue of applications based on collaboration, interaction and geolocation that give full prominence to the user experience, in this case in products and services for the tourism sector. From the web or from the mobile application, DodoJones is a meeting point for users to build personalised routes and itineraries, search for information on places and points of interest and the growth and interaction of this 2.0 network with the contributions of users through the creation of routes, comments on friends’ maps, etc.

Redegal implements an IT service management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 20000-1 Standard. The project has been co-financed by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, within the National Plan for Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation 2008-2011, and by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), with file number TSI-020504-2011-34.

XESTA – Management of tissue establishments

Co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the framework of the operational programme Feder Galicia 2007-2013, call CONECTA PEME. Dossier code: IN852A 2014/67. Aid granted: 118,488 euros. System for coding and management of stock, traceability and biosurveillance alerts.

The project seeks to define a labelling system, in accordance with the new single European code and under extreme cold environmental conditions, using RFID and NFC components that enable real-time reading of the state and location of the tissues. This tagging will be supported by a system that integrates and automates the processes related to tissue transplantation at hospital level and whose main utility will be an improvement in bio-monitoring tasks. PLEXUS acts as a representative of the group promoting this project.

Co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the framework of the operational programme Feder Galicia 2007-2013, call CONECTA PEME. File code: IN852A 2014/20. Aid granted: 70,076.70 euros. The project aims to develop new technologies that enable Field Services companies to achieve their main objectives. To this end, the project proposes a SaaS platform combined with a mobile application development SDK that, within the field of field services, will enable: Develop cross-platform mobile applications with the capacity to interact with vehicles (read/write), workers and the internet, store the data obtained through the mobile applications and generate new knowledge based on the processing of this data. and send relevant information in real time to field workers through the mobile applications.

SETRI – System for Tourism Enrichment through Image Recognition

Supported by the Secretary of State for Tourism of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism through the Emprendetur Programmes and with file number: TUR-03000-2015-112. The aim of the project “System for Tourism Enrichment through Image Recognition – SETRI” is to create a new mobile application that uses photo recognition to perform the functions of a tourist guide.

Using the camera of Smartphone or Tablet devices, SETRI will offer from descriptive and interesting information about monuments, places or buildings using augmented reality techniques, to information about associated services and even guiding functions through routes. In this way, the user’s visit experience will be completed, making the most of their trips.

MOTOURS – Mobile Tourism Recommender System

Under the title “MoTours – Mobile Tourism Recommender System”, with the support of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism through the Emprendetur Programmes and file number TUR-03000-2015-113. Redegal aims to design and develop a comprehensive system of recommendations framed in the field of tourism, whose main goal is to provide support to the visitor at the destination, proactively providing possible points of interest or locations of a gastronomic, cultural, historical, etc… nature that may be relevant to the individual.

The development of MoTours is proposed as a tool aimed at breaking down barriers that can lead to customer dissatisfaction, relying on the use of advanced machine learning techniques that allow the automatic and intelligent synthesis of tourist proposals based on the processing of information characteristic of the individual and contextual information.

It arises from the need to develop a tool that allows better targeting of marketing campaigns towards potential customers. The aim is to be able to extract and identify patterns and variables that enable segmentation by related elements.
